It’s moving freely – without worrying if you’re doing it right or if you’ll pay for it tomorrow.

Being pain-free is the freedom to do whatever the hell you want. When YOU want.

You aren’t old – and you don’t have to feel ancient just because of what the year you were born and society says you “should”.
