If you workout regularly – I’ve got you covered with exercises that will improve your mobility and strength so you can stop worrying about injuries.
If you want to restart your movement – I’ve got you covered with an easy-to-follow sequence (and standalone exercises) that lays out how to incorporate more movement into your daily life.
Mats, blocks, straps and blankets are provided. You will receive a brand new pair of Movement Mavens Therapy Balls in your swag bag. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. The workshop will be done barefoot.
The workshop is custom-tailored to all levels of ability and strength. Most attendees have had an injury, surgery, or other pain that they’re managing. You’ll be supported wherever you’re at and get help to build your strength and help you get out of pain.
