Who is this class for?

Busy active people who want to learn how to move smarter, get stronger, and enjoy life without pain! Simple as pie.

If you workout regularly – I’ve got you covered with exercises that will improve your mobility and strength so you can stop worrying about injuries.

If you want to restart your movement – I’ve got you covered with an easy-to-follow sequence (and standalone exercises) that lays out how to incorporate more movement into your daily life.

What equipment do i need?

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. The workshop will be done barefoot.

Additional equipment: strap or belt for stretching, and a pair of Movement Mavens™ Therapy Balls (tennis balls can be used as an alternative)

I'm not in shape! Is this still right for me?

The workshop is custom-tailored to all levels of ability and strength. Most attendees have had an injury, surgery, or other pain that they’re managing. You’ll be supported wherever you’re at and get help to build your strength and help you get out of pain.

is this just more stretching?

Nope! The Movement Mavens® Workshop Series combines mobilizations and activations to help unlock tension and retrain your brain how to move, pain-free.

Stretching alone may relax tension, but unless you’re simultaneously changing up movement habits, you’ll end up right where you started and locked in the injury and tension cycle.

Is membership to Movement Mavens® or the Video Vault required for lifetime access to this workshop?

Nope — lifetime access is included with your workshop purchase and is hosted on AEwellness.com, separate from any membership.

Is this only for people with injuries?

The Movement Mavens® Workshop Series will teach you exercises you can use right now to build up the strength and flexibility of your body so you don’t have to worry about pain.
