Who is this class for?

How long will it take to feel a change?

Everyone’s body is a little different, but most people start to feel a noticeable release in tension within the first week.

As you keep going, the movements begin to feel easier. That’s your strength and control building in real time.

Consistency is the secret sauce. Stick with the plan for a couple of weeks, and you’ll start to notice that everyday movements  like getting up from a chair or walking up stairs will feel more effortless.

What equipment do i need?

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. The exercises can all be done barefoot.

Additional equipment: a pair of Movement Mavens™ Therapy Balls (tennis balls can be used as an alternative). 

Everything else can be done with just your body and a little floor space.

I'm not in shape! Is this still right for me?

The workshop is custom-tailored to all levels of ability and strength. Most attendees have had an injury, surgery, or other pain that they’re managing. You’ll be supported wherever you’re at and get help to build your strength and help you get out of pain.

is this just more stretching?

Nope! Movement Mavens® Mobility Workouts combine mobilizations and activations to help unlock tension and retrain your brain how to move, pain-free.

Stretching alone may relax tension, but unless you’re simultaneously changing up movement habits, you’ll end up right where you started and locked in the injury and tension cycle.

Can I mix and match the exercises or do I have to follow it exactly?

The plan is totally flexible. You can follow the 30-day structure as-is or use the exercises however they best fit your schedule and body.

The goal is ease and consistency, not perfection.

Is membership to Movement Mavens® or the Video Vault required for lifetime access?

Is this only for people with injuries?
