  • Reverse Table Top to L Sit
  • Pendulum (Floating L Sit Push Ups)
  • Walking Lunges
  • Walking Lunges with Strap
  • Walking Lunges with Sidebend
  • Pinwheel
  • Savasana/Relaxation
