  • Leg raises
  • Add block
  • Revolved abdominal pose (bent knees)
    • Add straight top leg
    • Both legs straight
    • Iron cross variation
  • Inner thigh rockers
  • Pelvic rotations on knees
  • Heel taps (no block)
  • Pelvic rotations
    • Reach leg back behind you
  • Warrior 3 squats
  • Lunge to high knee
  • COOL DOWN: Balls on side of hip + Leg Stretch #3
