    What might be a good test/retest for TFL that is different than the Roll Model method? Any thoughts? Thanks

      Hi Karen! The TFL does hip flexion, internal rotation and abduction – so anything that combines one or all of those movements. Pigeon pose, figure-4 stretch, circling the hip, or standing boomerang (with one leg crossed over the other) would all be an option!
