This week’s class will show you how to strengthen your core from the inside out and in every direction.

STRONG STABLE SHOULDERS

This week’s class will help you ease your tech-induced shoulder tension and rebuild your upper body strength and posture.

HIPS AHOY

This week’s class is all about the hips – we will improve mobility, stability and help ease knee, hip and back pain.

POSTURE REHAB

In this class, you’ll learn exercises to mobilize and stabilize your spine in all the ways it moves so you can stand tall.

STRUCTURALLY SOUND BODY

This class targets your psoas, hip flexors and upper body so that you can feel stronger and more Structurally Sound.

    I have pondered and pondered and now have finally committed to going through this course! My husband and I just became empty-nesters; successfully launching our 7th and final young adult out on her own. Yaay us! Now, time to focus on self-healing so I’m ready for years and years of chasing my handsome hubby, and all our current and future grand-honies around! I’m super-pumped and committed to this! Keep me accountable, y’all!
