When will my order ship?
All products ship 2-3 business days from date of ordering via USPS Priority Mail (domestic orders only). Please note that USPS does not delivery on federal holidays or all Sundays. International orders ship within 2-3 business days via First Class shipping.


Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the USA, Canada and Mexico only.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
All domestic orders with a sub total less than $35 ship for a flat rate of $5.95. Free shipping for domestic orders over $35. Via USPS Priority Mail.

All international orders ship for $14.95 via First Class Mail.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped (which can take 2-3 business days). If you did not receive a tracking number please contact us and we will resend it. Visit to track your order.

Care and Keeping of your New Therapy Balls
All solid rubber therapy ball products are made from a natural rubber that can dry out from over exposure to sunlight. Keep your therapy balls in a closed bag, where they are safe from air and light to maintain their grippy, pliable suede like texture. When stored properly, therapy balls can last anywhere from 6-12 months.

Once a therapy ball has dried out and gone slick, it cannot be reversed.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! We encourage you to contact us prior to ordering if you have any questions about our products. If your order arrives damaged or with missing or incorrect items please contact us so that we may promptly correct the error. If you need to return unused items for refund or exchange please send them to the address below, within 30 days of purchase of the item(s). Include the packing slip that came with your package, and a note detailing if you’d like an exchange or refund. Once we receive your package and determine the items are unused your refund or exchange will be processed.
