Week 3: Lower Body Mobility
Learn how to improve flexibility and strength of the lower body with a focus on hips, knees, and ankles.

Week 4: Spine & Back Health
Learn how to strengthen and mobilize the spine and lower back to prevent and alleviate pain.

Week 5: Full-Body Mobility
Learn a full-body routine for when your time is limited, but you still want to improve flexibility and strength.

Week 6: Pelvic Floor
Learn how to reduce tension and improve strength of the pelvic floor, lower back, and hips.
