This workshop is 2 hours long. Bring your yoga mat.

The therapy balls work best on skin and tight-fitting sportswear (e.g. spandex or compression); please avoid wearing loose, billowy clothing.


Schlumpy shoulders? Neck or back pain? Is your posture in need of a tune up? Many of these structural issues can be remedied by realigning your birthday suit.

In this workshop, you will learn therapeutic self-massage techniques that will alleviate tension in the shoulders, hips, low back and chest and creative corrective exercises to strengthen your new posture. Making aches and pains a thing of the past could be as simple as just a few minutes a day.

No experience needed, just a willingness to explore novel movement in your body. 

Therapy balls will be provided to use during the workshop – no experience required and all levels welcome.
