In this workshop, you will learn therapeutic self-massage techniques that will alleviate tension in the shoulders, hips, low back and chest and creative corrective exercises to strengthen your new posture. Making aches and pains a thing of the past could be as simple as just a few minutes a day.
No experience needed, just a willingness to explore novel movement in your body.
Therapy balls will be provided to use during the workshop – no experience required and all levels welcome.
