PUBLIC GROUP CLASSES

One-on-one hour long sessions tailored to your specific needs.Ready to work hard that day? We will. Feeling run down? We’ll focus more on recovery and relaxation. I blend Yoga Tune Up® therapy ball self-massage, corrective exercise, breath work and down-regulation to help you uncover and recover from your body blind spots – the areas that are over trained, aggravated and exhausted.
This is for you if you want to focus on:
- Build strength
- Improve mobility
- Better posture
- Reduce stress
- Increase mindfulness
- Decrease pain and stiffness
- Injury recovery
Why private sessions? Individualized attention is not possible in a group class. We will work together to craft a program that is relevant and applicable to your life – no cookie cutter approach here! You will also get immediate feedback on what you’re doing, if it is correct and how to regress or progress the challenge.
I will also send you homework to do in between sessions to ensure you are getting the most out of our time together. I suggest 3-5 sessions for you to achieve results and feel confident on continuing on your own.
