My teaching and studies focus on injury prevention, rehabilitation and wellness, inspired by my studies at UC Davis where I earned a BS in Exercise Biology. I’ve dedicated my life to better understanding how the body works so you take back control of your self-care, strength, and injury recovery.

I will teach you how to be the expert of your own body and to be confident in your skin and trusting of your body.

Where will this event be held?

Sore No More is 100% virtual! With the magic of the Zoom video conferencing platform, you’ll be able to tune in and get your nerd on from the comfort of your own home. To be honest, I’ll def be wearing yoga pants and I probably won’t have any shoes on. 

Will the workshop be recorded?

Yep! All registrants will get access to the full recording. 

What if I’ll be late or can only attend a part of the workshop?

The entire workshop will be recorded, so you can rewatch anything you missed after it’s over. 

How will a plan help me get stronger, more flexible and feel amazing?

When you have a plan, you take action. And whether it’s massive action or baby steps – you just have to start somewhere.

Your amplifyU plan gives you the knowledge (and confidence!) to take action. It may not seem like a lot, but knowing exactly what five areas to focus on to better your body, mind and spirit is the only thing standing between where you’re at now and becoming a Body Detective.

Does virtual training really work? Can’t I just work with you in person?

In my opinion, virtual training is more effective than in-person training because you are doing the work. You are also 100% responsible for your outcome. So if you don’t think you’re ready to do what it takes to truly make a difference in your life, then this probably isn’t the workshop for you.

Will I have to break up with my PT or massage therapist once I take this class?

I love my PT. And while I don’t get massages (since I keep my tissues happy with daily self-massage) I still love my chiropractor.

When you better understand your body – you become a better patient. Your own Body Detective work allows you to troubleshoot on your own so that if and when you see a professional, you can have a real conversation with them instead of just begging them to “fix you”.

Trust me. They’ll be much happier and be able to get you better results when you’re more tapped into listening to your body’s whispers!

I’ve tried everything - how will this actually help?

Being hyper-aware of your body on a regular basis is exhausting. I used to be there too. But you can absolutely get stronger and start moving with ease and it doesn’t have to take you more than 15-mins a day. How do I know this? Because bulging disks, shoulder injuries, back injuries, and plantar fasciitis didn’t stop me. They fueled my quest for knowledge and helped me figure out how to turn my Exercise Biology degree into something that is practical and do-able for everyone.

You don’t have to be a fitness pro or a physical therapist. If you’re curious about how your body works and want to feel amazing every day, you’re in the right place.
