I already workout - will this help?
Whether you are a beginner or expert level exerciser, Structurally Sound will provide you with the foundation to get the most out of every workout (including core work!). It is entirely up to you if decide to supplement with additional exercise programs along with ours.
I've watched all of your YouTube videos - how is this different?
I'm super busy. How much time does it actually take?
Each workout is no longer than 45 minutes – with one workout a week, you need less than an hour a week!
If you have time, the Exercise Calendar includes short self-care exercises to do throughout the week.
All in all, the program takes less than one episode of Westworld a week – if you’re serious about changing your body, you will make the time!
