Hi, I’m Alex and I teach body maintenance and movement mastery to help you get stronger, run faster, and stay out of pain, for good.
Many of my clients are people who have been pushing through pain for so long they don’t realize that a life without pain is even possible. My teaching and studies focus on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and wellness, inspired by my studies at UC Davis where I earned a BS in Exercise Biology.
