Week 1 - Mobility Matters
Moving every day and in every way matters.
In Mobility Matters, you’ll learn the foundation of how movement happens in the body and easy sequences to improve mobility and stability at the major joints, including the low back, hips, shoulders and spine (from head to tail).
You’ll also learn the foundation of perfect posture so you can stand tall and alleviate neck and shoulder tightness.
Week 2 - 360 Core
Your core is the literal and physical center of your being. While culturally, we’ve been told we need to shred, rip, and blast our core, long-term working this way does you zero favors. Rather, its a sure fire way to guarantee tight hip flexors and a grouchy low back.
In this class, you’ll learn how to strengthen your core from the inside out, in every direction, in a way that supports, rather than blasts, your spine.
Week 3 - Strong Stable Shoulders
Technology and the stress of daily living create the perfect storm for dysfunction and imbalances in your neck and shoulders, contributing to rotator cuff injuries, impingement, the dreaded desk “hunch” and more.
This class will teach you how to ease shoulder tension and discomfort + exercises to rebuild strength and improve posture for your entire upper body.

Week 4 - Hips Ahoy
Got tight hips?
In Hips Ahoy, you’ll learn how to strengthen your hips and all surrounding areas to help alleviate knee, hip, or back pain.

Week 5 - Posture Rehab

Week 6 - Structurally Sound Body
In your final class, you’ll learn how to integrate all movement into your center for a body that is 100% Structurally Sound.

I was drawn to yoga and movement after a back injury from in college left me with debilitating sciatica. The one thing my PT stressed at the time (and I’ve seen with every single client I’ve trained since then) was that my core strength was seriously lacking and I had no clue how to brace my spine.
After 20 years of sitting at a desk as a full-time student, my body was a hot mess. I felt about a million years older than I really was and the list of fitness and movement things I couldn’t do was much longer than the list of things I could.

My YouTube tutorials are just short demos – Structurally Sound dives much deeper in depth providing you with the knowledge and exercises to understand how your body works. You will learn how to start taking steps for yourself towards feeling better and moving better, every day.
I'm super busy. How much time does it actually take?
Each workout is no longer than 45 minutes – with one workout a week, you need less than an hour a week!
If you have time, the Exercise Calendar includes short self-care exercises to do throughout the week.
