Won't stretching be enough to fix my injuries?
Stretching isn’t the cure-all it’s made out to be and does nothing to reteach your brain and body how to move without pain.
Muscle feel “tight” because they’re bracing – they tighten up because of one of a few reasons: overuse, underuse, misuse or injury.
Just stretching doesn’t help rebalance your body or help you train for real life (unless touching your toes is a job requirement).
