The Body Nerd Garage is a weekend of movement magic for people who want to wake up pain-free, every day.
This is the weekend you need if you are frustrated and fed up with always being injured.

If you move daily, but still don’t feel as strong or as flexible as you want.

10 am – 5 pm
Meet the movement minded friends you’ve been looking for! We’ll plan out the 5 unique things you should be doing on a regular basis that will actually help you touch your toes or nail that pull up.
We’ll also unravel the mindset needed to get you unstuck and on the path to pain-free days. There’s a reason why you’ve stopped and started meditating, moving and self-care a million times – we’ll get to the bottom of it so you can start (and stay) with your new movement habits.
We’ll cap off the day with a Breathwork session, where you’ll be guided through a breathing technique that is sure to create more balance and harmony in your body. If you are feeling stuck (energetically or otherwise) or stressed, this session will give you the deep relaxation and greater mental clarity you’ve been dreaming of.

We’ll dive into how to get stronger over the next 90 days. From how to do basic strengthening moves in the best way possible (for your body) and put them together for a fun, and challenging class.
Now, if you’re thinking, “Well Alex, this all sounds amazing, but I am dealing with an injury of XY or Z”, we’ve got you covered.
Not only will everything we do be tailor made just to you, on Sunday afternoon we’ll be joined by my genius friend and Doctor of Physical Therapy, Dr. Sarah Court, who will share with us her best practices for how to deal with aches and pains and how to help yourself feel better every day.
Healthy snacks and drinks are provided all weekend.
