The Body Nerd Garage is a weekend of movement magic (and fun!) for people who want to know exactly what to do to feel amazing, every day.
This is the weekend you need if want to maintain your body AND learn how to get stronger.

Bodywork sessions will give you super simple moves you can do in less than 15-mins a day for maximum relief for your most common problem areas, including the shoulders, neck, upper back, lower back, hip flexors, hips knees and feet.
Basically, we’ll be covering everything from head to toe so you’re good to go for the next 10,000 miles!
Healthy snacks and drinks are provided all weekend.

My teaching and studies focus on injury prevention, rehabilitation and wellness, inspired by my studies at UC Davis where I earned a BS in Exercise Biology. I’ve dedicated my life to better understanding how the body works so you take back control of your self-care, strength, and injury recovery.
I can teach you how to be the expert of you and how to be confident in your skin and confident and trusting of your body.
