Here is a great stretch and yoga pose to help release tight hamstrings, calf muscles, and the low back. Its called Janu Sirsana, which in Sanskrit means “head to knee pose”. This version includes lengthening through the front of the body to give the organs lots of room and keeping the spine healthy.
Hold each side anywhere from 60-90 seconds.
