Lizard is another of my favorite poses (oh my, there seem to be so many!) that is fabulous after a long day of work. It allows you in a very gentle way to release tight hamstrings, hip flexors, quadriceps, and adductors (inner thighs). You don’t need any props for this, but I demonstrate with a yoga mat, blanket, and two blocks for comfort. Try it out and let me know how it works for you!
