Do you spend most of your day working on a computer or desk in front of you? Chances are the answer is yes for 99.9% of us. Slouching leads to overstretching of all of the tissues along the backside of the body. The muscles, tendons and connective tissue tend to tighten up in response and you in turn feel pain, tightness, or discomfort.
Avoid this pain in the neck by trying this quick stretch while at your desk! If you have a rolling chair, be sure to secure it first ;) and feel free to stay here as long as is comfortable.
