If you are human, you spend time during the day using your hands. We stretch our hamstrings, we stretch our quadriceps, but why don’t we stretch our wrists regularly? Now you can! Here is a quick and super simple wrist stretch that can be done anywhere! In the video, I demonstrate on the floor, but any flat surface will do, including your desktop. So take a break from all of your work and give your wrists a break! 

Feel free to repeat this stretch throughout your day as you like holding each stretching session for at least 90 seconds (longer if you can tolerate). Because you must externally rotate your shoulders to place your hands in to the optimum position for stretch, you also will stretch your shoulders.
