    It’s so wonderful to have access to great teachers and programs online! I’m a pretty self-motivated person, but it’s hard sometimes to get it all together, and sometimes I need inspiration. I’m so grateful Alex created this program. It’s just the thing I need. I’ve practiced with Alex in person, and I frankly feel like it’s a steal to get all this information for what is basically the price of a single yoga class! Alex really knows her stuff. Her directions are clear, her sequences are smart and I feel amazing after. I can practice with her any time it’s convenient for me, and having the calendar helps keep me motivated and accountable.     Smart information and so easily accessible. I love that I could do some great, meaningful work for my body and mind at the click of a button. It got me moving without excuses. Who doesn’t have a few minutes a day for health and wellness? So quick and so efficient. The online journal was really helpful as a reference. I look forward to doing more programs with Alex. This guide is very comprehensive and gives the user a template from which to make their own program or individualize the general program Alex provides.
