In any given week, I’ll do at least 2 high-intensity interval workouts and about a million and one walks with my dog. I choose to sit on the floor when I can and stretch if my body tells me I need it. And that’s it.
No cardio only days, treadmill workouts, extra lower body workouts or anything like that.
Because the truth is, you do NOT need to workout every day to get stronger or more flexible.
And if you’re currently in pain or get super sore, taking more time between workouts will be better for your body and give it the time it needs to repair, adapt and recover.
So how much time do you really need between workouts and how can you maximize the limited time you have to be as efficient as possible?
That’s the topic of a video in the Pain-Free. Every Day FB group, which you can watch by clicking here.

Can’t wait to hear what you think…
